Staying up way to late!
Okay - I apologize for not posting any pics. I admit that I have been too lazy to upload the pics. . . . But I have spent the last 2 hours blog hopping - (which can be so addicting). I have caught up with friends and family from all over the country - I have enjoyed all the videos, pics, and stories - from birthday parties to crazy vacations - to families gathered around the piano. It has been fun! I have a canning session in the morning that should last me well into the night - so I better go get some shut eye. Somehow I conned Justin into helping me can a batch late tonight. He was very good at it, I might add. (I bought 6 boxes of tomatoes from the farmer's market yesterday that need to be processed ASAP.)

Katie, I started canning yesterday too. This is actually the first time I've canned tomatoes on my own. I've got to finish today. I made 4 quarts of Ginger's stewed tomatoes with zucchini and 7 pints of regular tomatoes. I think I will finish off with quart sizes today. Thanks for picking up a box for me. Right now I'm glad I didn't get more because I don't have time to process it, but it has been fun and I think I'd like to get more to do. Good luck with yours today.
